It’s every woman’s dream to have a bloat free stomach and a flat stomach. Some women are fortunate to be able to afford surgery to get a flat stomach and some are not. If you  fall under the category of women who can’t afford to get surgery done, then you and your tummy should think tea!

There are various all-natural herbal teas that can help to flatten the stomach by aiding digestion and reducing bloating. Teas such as green tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea and lemon tea.

Green Tea:

Green tea contains antioxidants which helps flush out toxins from the body and it can be used to aid weight loss.  If you want to use green tea to help flatten your stomach, aim to consume at least three cups of unsweetened green tea on a daily basis.

Peppermint Tea:

Peppermint tea has a quick pick-me-up effect whenever you drink it. It alleviates problems such as indigestion and abdominal bloating; making your stomach look bigger than it is. Peppermint tea will give you the flatter tummy you’ve always wanted, aim to take a cup of peppermint tea after every meal.

Ginger Tea: 

Ginger is also a digestion aid. It helps to cleanse the body of any unwanted toxins and reduces bloating of the stomach. Wash and peel the ginger root, cut it into small pieces and boil it in warm water for 10 minutes. Then pour into a jug and start drinking, aim to drink this three times a day after meals.

Lemon Tea:

Lemon is good for cleansing and detoxifying the system. Hence, eliminating all chances of bloating. All you have to do is squeeze a whole lemon into a cup of hot water and add honey for sweetening. Again, drink this three times a day to experience the best results.
