Use a weekly or monthly intensive treatment 

To stay on top of your hair’s health you need a weekly or monthly hair treatment regime. Which includes a wash day, deep conditioning and styling. There is no one-size-fits-all for hair care

Watch what you eat and drink

Healthy looking hair is in general a sign of good health and good hair-care practices. A balanced diet is required for a healthy hair and scalp.  Be weary of what you eat and drink.
