Whilst many of us are seated in the corner of our room wishing we could get an invite to the wedding of the yearthe royal wedding, a Nigerian woman already did.

Kensington Palace named Pamela Anomneze amongst the favoured 1200 guests who would be attending Prince Harry and Megan Markle’s wedding on the grounds of Windsor Castle where they will be joined together in holy matrimony  on May 19, 2018, at St. George Chapel.

Pamela Anomneze dint get the invite easily as you must have assumed. She was nominated. According to Kensington Palace, Prince Harry and Megan Markle had requested that 600 of their guests come from a range of backgrounds and ages. Including young people who have demonstrated strong leadership and served their communities. While the other 600 guests are people who the couple have direct relationship with.

Pamela Anomneze happens to fall under the category of people who have demonstrated strong leadership and served their communities. Through her work as a project manager at the studio 306 collective, a not-for-profit organisation that supports patience recovering from mental disorder. She empowers them in a creative space. Her dedicated activities at the organisation, which consists of a group of skilled arts and craft practitioners, was spotted by the regional lord-lieutenant office.

“I got an email informing me, and I thought it was an April fool’s prank”

She was overwhelmed and she added that the honour is unbelievable and she believes that Prince Harry and Megan Markle are the  world’s most beautiful couple.
