American Politician and former First Lady of United States, Hilary Clinton is quoted to have said that “Women are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the World.”

For this reason and more, it became ideal for 60 woman cut across different industries to be brought together  for the purpose of learning the drills of entrepreneurship by  female powerhouses who have succeeded in implementing these strategies too at the maiden event of the Flourish Africa Masterclass at Park Inn By Radisson serviced apartments, Victoria Island. 

The masterclass recorded a turnout of 60 women entrepreneurs from diverse areas of concentration; Fashion,  Content Creation, Hospitality, Beauty Products, Events Management, Medical Services, Photography, and more. The event kicked off by 9am with participants registering prior to entrance. The first session was handled by Adaora MbeluDecisive Advantage : Standing Forward in a Saturated Market. Debunking Brand Myths, and Unlocking the Genius required to build a sustainable brand. 


Participants were entertained to a tea break session to ease their nerves in preparation for the second session facilitated by Tricia Ikponmwoba on Sales Technique methods that sales professionals use to stand out from the crowd and increase revenue.

This was superseded by a lunch session and the third session facilitated by Oluchi Okafor on Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain.

There was a presentation of certificates and souvenirs to the  participants accompanied with an introduction to the ‘One Woman’ scheme by Sterling Bank, the official partners for the Flourish Africa Masterclass.

This initiative was hosted by founder of Flourish Africa, Mrs. Folorunso Alakija in a bid to boost the structural, operational  approach of female entrepreneurs and help themn attain their highest entrepreneurial potential.
