WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IS TRULY EMPOWERING YOURSELF FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

I think many of us would notice that the term, “women empowerment” and “feminism” is often wrongly used in different situations. True women empowerment shouldn’t only be used as an avenue to campaign for women’s right but also getting women well-equipped to properly fit into today’s world.

One of the best and most effective ways to equip women is by sharing the secrets of life’s success and happiness with them, most of which is found in books. When we read, our minds get enlightened and a whole new world of possibilities is opened to us. The light of knowledge inside of us suddenly shines brighter and dispels the darkness of ignorance which has held us hostage for too long.

As a woman, don’t think you are too busy to even pick up a book to read each day. Most of the secrets other people won’t share with you, which makes you think they have some kind of magical powers that seems to help them better their lives, can be found on the pages of books. You only need to be guided to the right books.

Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Learn from the mistakes of others. You can’t live long enough to make them all yourself”. In books, you find that you are not alone in that situation that has seemed to overwhelm you; in books, you would find the strength you need to open up the strength deposited in you to achieve so much.

As a boss lady, your first outfit or apparel the world should see is your white garment of confidence and this stems from knowledge; awareness of who you are and how you can make an impact on the world. In your career, you have several opportunities to play the role of “mother hen” to other women and help them develop too.

Margaret Fuller said, “If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it“. Here are some books sure to help you become the best version of you yet especially in your career:
