LOOKING TO AGE LIKE FINE WINE? TRACEE ELLIS ROSS IS DISHING BEAUTY TIPS FOR YOU.

Tracee Ellis Ross besides her impressive acting, is known for her transcendent beauty and timeless skin. She took to her instagram account to dish out a few tips as I’m sure many of her fans must have been calling for it. It was high time!

Some of the tips she went on to share include:

  1. Work out.

Time at the gym is not overrated, ensure you get your fitness gear on and stay active. The actress went on to reveal that she hits the gym three to four times a week for a 90 min stretch and has been known to be quite strict with it. Not only does exercise help boost metabolism, it also enhances stamina and discipline-two things we can never get enough of.

She told E!:

“I do hit the gym the very hard. I am known to do a 6 a.m. workout if I have an 8 a.m. call. I make sure to go three of four times a week, which is good. I sweat it out. I usually do 90 minutes.”

Obviously, the 90 minutes stretch is a tracee thing, relax, if you’re just not that determined, 30 minutes as often as you can should do the trick. Combine that with taking your vitamins, eating healthy and drinking lots of water.

2. Take the time to look good.

She said:

“I don’t like foundation. I love the look of a fresh face with a pop of color on the lips. It makes me feel so good. I’ll even wear a red lip to the gym. I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so there’s a lot of mirror work involved. When I see my red lips reflecting back at me, I’m like, ‘Yeah, girl, that’s right!'”

Frequent application of make-up can do more harm than good for your skin so it’s important to give it breaks but you could still look breathtakingly gorgeous by rocking a clear face with some bright lipstick and mascara.

3.  Rock a pigmented lip like this

For someone known all too well for her signature lips, 45 year old Aunty Tracee can tell you how to rock a pigmented lip with minumum need for re-application.

When you’re rocking a bold lip color, it’s important that it lasts with minimal need to reapply. Tracee suggests using a piece of oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oils and ensure that her pigment stays poppin all damn day.

Well, there you go. Her tips seem easy enough. Go out and conquer the world!
