LADIES! LET’S KNOW OUR BODIES

It is easy to assume that with the invention of smartphones and the internet, ladies know it all when it comes to the science of how their body works. However, this is far from the truth. I will be sharing with you five important things you need to know about your body.

YOUR EYES REVEAL A LOT ABOUT YOU:

The eyes are the windows to the soul

Since your eyes reveal so much about you, you should pay more attention to them. Don’t take a burning sensation for granted, any form of eye pain or discomfort could be pointing to a larger problem. For example, a dry eye can be associated with inflammatory diseases like arthritis. Therefore, if there’s anything going on in your eye that you’re not sure of, visit the optician immediately.

Also, there are times you might feel your eyes flutter, don’t panic at all. Experts say that it could mean a number of things besides being tired: dry eyes, an eye strain, sensitivity to light, and even too much caffeine or alcohol. It could be that you are dehydrated and you need to drink a lot of water

NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER CAN MAKE YOUR BOOBS SAG:

Just like with the rest of your body, your breast skin needs to stay hydrated in order for it to look fresh. Not drinking enough water will make your breast appear rough and shrunken.

TALKING ON THE PHONE FOR  SEVERAL MINUTES CAN GIVE YOU MAJOR BREAKOUTS:

Staying longer on a call with your phone next to your ears can give you breakouts and rashes along your jawline. Next time you want to receive a call and you will be spending several minutes on the call you might want to grab your earphones or wipe your phone with antibacterial wipes to avoid antibacterial and your skin clogging together.

YOU STORE A LOT OF YOUR STRESS IN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

Amy Stein discussed that a healthy pelvic floor is crucial to curing urinary incontinence, and it can help you let go of tension and unwanted stress. Even if you seem to be showing no signs of problems down there, maintaining a strong pelvic floor can help alleviate lower back pain.
THE VAGINA CHANGES COLOR:
Don’t you believe me? Ask your gynecologist! A gynecologist at the Southern California Center for Sexual Health
said the vagina changes its hue during sexual arousal or pregnancy, blood flow to the genitals changes usually turning it a deeper, darker color.
