MAKING YOUR EASTER CELEBRATION COUNT

No matter how much you think yourself to be busy and a hoarder, holidays are a time to loosen up and enjoy the goodies of having family and friends. Easter being a period to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which celebrates the  foundation of the Christian faith. It is the culmination of the passion of Jesus, preceded by lent, a forty-day period of fasting and prayer.

Most Christians refer to the week before Easter as “Holy Week”. It usually contains the days of the Easter Triduum, including  commemorating the Last Supper,as well as Good Friday, commemorating the crucifixion and death of Jesus. In Western Christianity, Eastertide, or the Easter Season, begins on Easter Sunday.

Making this period count for your family and friends is essential.

Reflect

Have a good time to think about the passions of Jesus Christ and his love for humanity. Meditate deeply and have meaningful conversations about your faith within your family circle. Share your faith with other people and bring them to the feet of salvation.

Make it merry

This might be a good time to try out all those fine recipes and have your family eat extra-ordinary exotic meals. Ensure to make do with a moderate budget that could have you dish out a finger-licking memorable meal.

Share some love

The kids would be definitely thrilled to get those fabulous toys and treats they have always desired. Hubby is not to be left out either, a silky bunny tie or wallet would be highly appreciated and if the in-laws or friends  are gifted with  a hamper, what a merry easter, it would be.

Have a Jolly Happy Easter Celebration.
